Driving directions from Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport: Exit the airport by following Camp Creek Pkwy to I-285 North. Follow I-285 north until it intersects I-75. Take I-75 north toward Chattanooga/Marietta. Take Exit 261/East Delk Rd. Merge onto Delk Rd and move immediately to the center turn lane. Turn left onto Powers Ferry Pl to arrive at hotel. Rental cars, airport shuttles, and taxis are the modes of transportation used to get from the airport to the hotel. One-way shuttle fares start from $16–$25, and taxi fares start from more than $36. Fees subject to change without notice. Public transportation is not a viable option for traveling from the airport. Getting around: The hotel can call taxis for guests, but those who plan to explore the area are advised to rent a car. Car rentals are available through this Web site. There is a Cobb County Transit bus stop one block from the hotel, which connects to other buses that cover Cobb County. Public transportation to Atlanta, however, requires a transfer to the MARTA system at Cumberland Mall and is a time-consuming way of getting around.

What to expect: Count on rooms to be immaculate, as ensured by twice-annual surprise inspections. This is a high-rise hotel, not a motel, providing guests with plenty of security. Rooms are not accessible from the outside; all guests enter through the courtyard-style atrium lobby. Side doors are accessible through guest keys only and the parking lot is double gated. Amenity highlights: Free evening beverages are served Monday through Thursday from 5:30–7 PM, and a free Quikstart® breakfast buffet is served daily. Overnight guests have access to meeting rooms in the lower lobby, and the indoor/outdoor pool has a dividing wall that allows the indoor portion to be used year round. The hotel also is environmentally conscious, washing linens only every third day of your stay unless otherwise requested to do so. Insider tip: Although it seems like an endless sprawl of Atlanta-area business parks and corporate headquarters, historic Marietta Square is only about five miles away with antique shops, eateries, and a hometown feel.
